What hosts need to know.
Where is my personalised pack saved?
Draft packs are saved in the browser on the device where you created them. Export a backup before an important event or before clearing browser data.
Can guests join from their phones?
Yes. Create a live room from Arcade or host mode, then share the room code. Rehearse once on a second device before the event.
What happens if the host page closes?
Reopen GameSpark on the same device. Device-local session recovery and eligible protected event checkpoints can help restore an interrupted event.
How do I buy a plan?
Choose Event Pass or Professional Host on the Pricing page, review the one-off price and terms, then continue to secure Stripe checkout.
Does installing the app create an account?
No. Installing adds GameSpark to your device. It does not create a purchase or subscription.
Can I use stories about other people?
Use only suitable details you have permission to use. Prefer first names or nicknames, avoid sensitive information, and review every generated prompt before play.
Will private screens work offline?
Public launch pages can use an offline shell. Owner tools, private invitations, live rooms and recovery services require a connection so protected data is not served from an unsafe cache.
How do I report a problem?
Email support@gamesparkstudio.co.uk with the page, device and what you were trying to do. Do not send passwords, codes, card details or unnecessary information about guests.
